Thank you for shopping with OFF THE GROUND (OTG). All items are fulfilled and shipped through our print-on-demand production partner. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.
🚀 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order.
This means your item is created specifically for you after purchase.
Fulfillment time:

2–7 business days (average 3–5 days)
This includes printing, quality check, and packaging.
During holidays or high demand periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
📦 2. Shipping Times
Once fulfilled, your order ships directly from the Printful facility closest to your region.
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–6 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–15 business days
These are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or high-volume seasons.
🌍 3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

We do not charge any additional handling fees.
📦 4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.
🚚 5. Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier loses your package during transit, we will replace the item at no cost after verification.
However, we are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Orders returned due to customer error
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you may request a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
💡 6. Customs Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged by your local government.
These fees are not covered by OFF THE GROUND.
